Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return the item(s) under the following conditions:
Eligibility
– Time Frame: Returns must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
– Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Process
- Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at returns@mansa.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Prepare Your Package: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging.
- Shipping: Ship the return package to the following address:

Refunds
– Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
– Processing Time: Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive your return.
– Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item following the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Non-Returnable Items
– Sale Items: Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
– Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
